
Far North Saunas approached us wholly dissatisfied with the small number of leads that their Web site was generating. Acro Media’s usability testing highlighted reasons why it scored lower than average: unintuitive navigation, dead links, and a misalignment with Far North Sauna’s target audience. Worse, the site’s brochure-style format didn’t accommodate proven ecommerce techniques.
Acro Media’s priority was to determine the optimum site layout to increase online conversion to Far North Saunas’ business goals. We undertook a detailed Information Architecture to determine how information should best be displayed on the homepage and how the typical user would interact with those elements. Acro Media then created a user-centric Web design prompting users to take a closer look at Far North Sauna’s products.
