We Listen

That’s right – when you speak to our Account Managers and Business Developers they actually listen. After all, it’s their job to know in detail your issues, challenges and desires for the future. Once familiar with your business, they determine if our companies are a good fit, and how we can work together.

As a matter of fact, if they’re heard selling features and benefits on the first call, they’re given a small electric shock.

We Identify

Listening to you, we get to know your peeves, goals and requirements… now we really need to talk. There’s no other way to understand in detail your business goals and aims. From here, we’re able to identify the solution best meeting your goals.

The solution we present to you will be tailored to meet with your specific business aims – it will reflect all that we have previously discussed. We provide a proposal which includes the budget required to implement the solution. It’s all very straightforward.

We Implement

Once you’ve agreed to the identified solution, we start doing what we do best: Web design. We implement the deliverables as specified. This may include all facets of Web design such as strategy and planning, design, platform and stability, search engine marketing and finally, ongoing services and commitment.

We Measure

Simply put, to confirm that your Web site is successful we measure its results. Remember how our first step was to ask questions and listen, in order to identify your business objectives? Recall how the solution which we presented was the one which best met those requirements? Now that your project is implemented, we can confirm that you’re achieving the conversion rate and ROI estimated in the solution.

Measurement enables us to make small revisions if necessary, and monitor the impact that those revisions have on the ROI.
