Project Charter

The Project Charter is collaborative process that builds on the initial understanding developed between you and us, as reflected in the project contract.

The Project Charter magnifies the project schedule, restates the goals and deliverables in greater detail, and records known assumptions and constraints. The scope inclusions and exclusions become crystal clear. Driven by your needs and expectations, the Project Charter represents Acro Media’s carefully considered planning of the purpose, goals, requirements and scope of your project with us.
