Retained Service Agreement (RSA)

A retained service agreement (RSA) ensures our clients that Acro Media Inc. will maintain and enhance the online marketing and communication of their account over the course of one calendar year. Services will primarily focus on maintaining the consistency and timeliness of the clients Web sites to ensure achievement of online goals, which include; attracting and monitoring new and repeat visitors, converting visitors to business goals and providing a superb online experience.

A Retained Services Agreement provides the benefit of structured planning on a regular basis, allowing both the client and Acro Media to be proactive in ongoing development and updates. With scheduled meetings and planning each month, the RSA gives the client the ability to define and prioritize specific areas of focus and allows Acro Media to allocate appropriate resources to achieve the goals set each month.

As well as providing a structured approach to ongoing development work, the RSA gives the client the ability to accurately budget for ongoing projects. This takes the guess work out of future planning and forecasting with a predetermined budget, as opposed to predicting and reacting to development costs after the fact.

Growing companies constantly evolve and regardless of how well planned the long term strategic vision may be, the clients priorities will change from month to month. The client will benefit from an RSA because it is convenient and flexible to accommodate those needs each month.
